At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab, we utilize a unique approach to physical therapy by combining the functional techniques of Chiropractic Care and Acupuncture to assess and treat patients with a lasting effect. Upon arrival you can expect to be evaluated by the practitioners with the purpose of determining the bio-mechanical and functional deficiencies that are producing your symptoms. At this point the practitioners develop a personalized treatment plan for each individual patient that will improve these deficiencies with the purpose of improving their pain and their life. Our physical therapy is designed to help a patient walk out the door stronger and with a better quality of life than when they arrived.

After many sports injuries as an adolescent, Dr. Joe saw how vital it is to not only have proper post injury rehabilitation therapy, but maintaining those training principles throughout ones athletic career improves that athletes performance and reduces the risk of injury.

AJ Adamczyk is a local resident who grew up in Manasquan New Jersey. He has always had a dream of opening a local business with the ability to give back to the community that he calls home. AJ was introduced to acupuncture in high school after a sports injury he suffered while playing baseball. That experience influenced him greatly and ultimately led to him becoming an acupuncturist.
